SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to veterinary science and concerns vaccine compositions. Disclosed are: emulsified vaccine composition for immunization of birds to the virus of pigs reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS), containing: (i) PRRS virus antigens, (ii) light mineral oil Marcol and (iii) a dispersed adjuvant selected from a group consisting of biodegradable polymer particles, microparticles or nanoparticles, which is chitosan, wherein the antigens have a titre higher than DIE_50 % 10⁴/ ml, use thereof in preparing a concentrated composition of IgG immunoglulins for treating PRRS; concentrated composition of IgG immunoglulins neutralizing virus causing PRRS, a method for production thereof and use thereof for producing a medicinal agent for treating PRRS.

EFFECT: technical result: high titers of IgY antibodies to PRRS virus, high effectiveness of immunoglobulins IgY, neutralizing PRRS virus, no repeated infections of milk piglets with said virus for 6 months and reducing their mortality.
