FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to molecular biology, virology, genetic engineering, biotechnology and veterinary science. What is presented is a recombinant vaccine containing a recombinant virus and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, adjuvant or excipient, wherein the recombinant virus is inactivated and contained in the vaccine in the form of the viral vector having an introduced exogenous nucleotide sequence which codes an antigen of the disease, wherein the virus is inactivated by physical and chemical methods; the vaccine is effective against at least the above disease related to the above antigen.
EFFECT: invention can be used for vaccination in veterinary science.
