FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cup-shaped windmill includes housing, braces rigidly connected to housing and fixed in ground, cups are made with the possibility of creating torque through the spoke lever on a vertical shaft made with possibility of rotation in bearings and transfer of rotation through the bevel gear to the horizontal shaft of the reduction gear, and then to the shaft of the generator, and the brake. Wind turbine is arranged with cone power amplifiers of the acting wind flow, which are installed on the supports rigidly fixed in the ground along diameter of rotation of the cups, are oriented along the wind rose directions, and the axes of the cone amplifiers are directed at a tangent to circle of rotation of the centre of the cups.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the windmill capacity.
