FIELD: test technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fastening and covering cargoes on a vehicle. Method for experimental inspection of arrangement and attachment of cargoes (1) carried in freight open wagons or on open platforms by railroad consists in measurement and recording of values of spatial oscillations of cargo open wagons or platforms during experimental tests and their input into control device of stationary vibration table (3), which reproduces spatial oscillations of cargo platform, identical to those registered during experimental tests. In vibration table (3) as a working table there used is standard four-axle cargo platform without running gear, installed on hydraulic servo-drives (4) installed on foundation (5). To the load and the platform there are applied control marks fixing the initial position of the load, creating spatial oscillations along the vertical, horizontal longitudinal and horizontal transverse axes in accordance with control signals coming via communication lines from the stationary vibration table control device, and inspecting cargo for displacement, and fastening devices – for defects.

EFFECT: invention increases objectivity of assessment of quality of arrangement and fixation of cargoes and reduces number of openings of freight open wagons and railway platforms.
