SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and to the field of chemistry of materials, specifically to a novel type of compounds – symmetrical bis-aza-18-crown-6-containing dienones of general formula I:

where n=0–2. Disclosed compounds and materials based thereon can be used in composition of optical chemosensors for colorimetric and luminescent determination of cations of alkali, alkali-earth metals and diammonium, for example, for determination of micro quantities of said ions in biological liquids, in industrial water and effluents, for monitoring of environment. Invention also relates to methods of producing said compounds.
EFFECT: bis-aza-18-crown-6-containing dienones as optical molecular sensors for determining cations of alkali, alkali-earth metals and diammonium and a method of producing same are disclosed.
