FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a secondary aqueous lithium-ion battery, a method of producing an anode active material composite material and a method of producing a secondary aqueous lithium-ion storage battery. According to the invention, the secondary aqueous lithium-ion accumulator battery comprises an anode, a cathode and an aqueous electrolytic solution, anode contains composite of anode active material and polytetrafluoroethylene, with peaks of polytetrafluoroethylene in vicinity of 1150 cm-1 and 1210 cm-1 with Fourier-ICS composite, but peak of polytetrafluoroethylene in vicinity of 729 cm-1 is not observed during Raman spectroscopy of the composite.
EFFECT: reduced decomposition of aqueous electrolytic solution when charging and discharging secondary aqueous lithium-ion storage battery, as well as improved operating voltage of storage battery.
