FIELD: batteries.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an electrolyte holder for a lithium battery, capable of holding electrolytic solution inside electrodes or at boundary between retainer (separator) and each of electrodes prevents shortage of electrolyte inside electrodes and limits deposition and growth of dendrites in lithium battery. Improved cyclic life of lithium accumulator battery is technical result of invention. Electrolyte holder (3) is made of a multilayer structure, having at least two hydrophilic fibrous layers (A, B) with different porosities. Holder (3) is located between cathode (2) and anode (1) and provides organic electrolytic solution in a group of electrodes, or group of electrodes immersed in an organic electrolytic solution. Porosity (40%-80%) of fibrous layer (A) located at boundary between fibrous layer (A) and anode (1), is less than porosity (60%-90%) of fibrous layer (B) located at boundary between fibrous layer (B) and cathode (2). Mean porosity of fibrous layer as a whole is not less than 50 %. Fibrous layers are formed using cellulose fibres as their main material.
EFFECT: active substance for use in anode (1) is a carbon material.
