SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and represents a drug for treating diseases associated with gallbladder and bile ducts, containing active substances 250–500 mg ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) and 200–600 mg of hymecromone, macrogol cetostearate and excipients. Inventions also involve the use of macrogol cetostearate to increase the stability of the drug containing the active substances ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), hymecromone and excipients.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides potentiating the effect, improving evacuation of bile, reducing symptoms of congestion, changing qualitative composition of bile and shift from thicker bile to more fluid in relation to diseases associated with gallbladder and bile ducts.
