FIELD: medicine; gastroenterology.
SUBSTANCE: in patients with cholelithiasis (GSD) in combination with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), the HOMA insulin resistance index, CIRS-G index are determined and, based on instrumental studies with multispiral computed tomography without contrast, the size and density of gallstones are determined. The stone density is then calculated using the Hounsfield scale (HU). Then, based on these indicators, the effectiveness of litholysis (P) is predicted using a mathematical formula. And with a P value > 0.5, the effectiveness of litholysis is predicted for choosing a conservative treatment method.
EFFECT: predicting the effectiveness of litholysis using conservative methods in the joint non-invasive treatment of combined diseases — cholelithiasis and NAFLD.
