FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment used for application of galvanic coatings on small-sized items made of ferromagnetic materials, in particular, to contact parts of reed relays. Magnetic suspension system consists of a housing with permanent magnets fixed in it, characterized by that the system housing is made of a base and a lid of a trough-shaped rectangular cross-section, made of magnetic permeable stainless steel sheet with thickness of 0.5–1.0 mm, between the walls of the base and the cover there is a gap filled with a compound with width of 5.0–10.0 mm, inside the body there is a plate of magnetic steel with thickness of 2.0 mm, which adjoins the cover plate and a magnetic module consisting of a system of strips with width of 10.0–20.0 mm arranged parallel to one of the axes of symmetry and assembled of flat magnets of square or rectangular shape with the same transverse magnetization, wherein magnets of the adjacent strips of the module have opposite directed magnetisations.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase magnetic force of contact parts to suspension and high quality of electroplated coatings.
