FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used to apply galvanic coatings to small-sized products made of ferromagnetic materials, in particular on the contact parts of sealed magnetically controlled contacts – reed switches. Suspension consists of a magnetic system, as well as a flat base and a pair of perforated plates with coaxial round holes made of a non-magnetic material parallel to each other at a fixed distance from each other, with holes of circular cross section coaxial with holes in the perforated plates in which cylindrical pins made of ferromagnetic material are placed, the diameter of the holes in the plates is 1.2–1.4, and the diameter of the holes in the base is 1.5–2.0, respectively, of the diameter of the cross section of the cylindrical part of the reed switch contact parts.
EFFECT: improved quality of galvanic coatings of contact-parts of reed switches.
