FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: used for local application of galvanic coatings on small-sized products made of ferromagnetic materials, in particular, on the contact parts of sealed magnetically controlled contacts of reed switches. The device contains a magnetic system and a holder, the magnetic system is made in the form of a rectangular housing formed by a cover and a base, inside which magnets are located, and the holder consists of a flat base and two perforated plates with coaxial holes of circular cross section, while on the side parts of the surface of the base of the holder facing the magnetic system, flat guides 7.0-10.0 mm wide and 0.5-2.0 mm thick are symmetrically fixed, and the bases of the magnetic system and holder, plates and guides are made of magnetically permeable stainless steel.
EFFECT: ensuring the preservation of the original flat shape of the bases of the holder and the magnetic system of the device used for applying galvanic coatings to the contact parts of reed switches.
