SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air dehumidification and humidification device and method of its operation. Dehumidification and humidification device comprises housing; a delivery fan mounted in said housing and creating an air flow so that ambient air is sucked into the housing and then discharged back out; heat exchanger installed in the above housing, which performs heat exchange with air for air drying; a humidifying filter installed in said housing and humidifying air; first flow channel formed in the housing so that air passes through the heat exchanger and the pressure fan; a second flow channel formed in the housing such that air passes through the heat exchanger, the humidifying filter and the pressure fan; and adjustable part of flow channel installed in housing and opening and closing at least part of first flow channel. This allows concentrating the flow channel in the housing in the direction of the humidifying filter when the air is subject to humidification.

EFFECT: disclosed are a dehumidification and humidification device, an air dehumidifier, an air humidifier and a method of operation thereof.
