SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the railway transport. Railway car (1) comprises, at first level (10), lower passenger compartment (6) comprising lower floor (44), and at second level (12) shifted in height relative to first level (10), first entrance door (22) from first side (26) of railway car, second entrance door (24) from second side (28) of railway car, opposite to first side (26), first fixed entrance platform (48) located opposite first entrance door (22) and movable entrance platform (52) movable in vertical direction relative to lower floor (44), located between second door (24) and fixed first entrance platform (48). Between the first fixed entrance platform (48) and lower floor (44) there is ramp (32) allowing the passenger in the wheelchair to enter the lower passenger compartment (6).
EFFECT: invention provides access without obstacle to passengers in a wheelchair in a passenger compartment.
