FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to long-length flexible pipes wound on a drum. According to one of the versions, the element of the long flexible column includes two base closed channels integrated into a single structure. Base pair of closed channels is formed of two strips by the method of separate profiling of each strip from the center with formation of walls of two basic closed channels with outward output ends of longitudinal edges and their installation in one plane, with subsequent welding of longitudinal edges between each other along their contact surface with formation of edge beads, with subsequent welding of longitudinal ends of edge beads of both channels to form connective web.
EFFECT: reduced load on tubular part of the string, and increased technological operations at wells.
