FIELD: earth or rock drilling.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device and a method of directional drilling for changing the direction of the trajectory of an inclined well with an extended horizontal section. Well trajectory control system, arranged in the drill string bottom assembly in order to control drilling in a given direction, comprises a sealed casing with an external geometry in the form of two combined cylinders of larger and smaller diameters, with the formation of a longitudinal ridge from the smaller cylinder on the larger cylinder, filled with mineral or synthetic oil, hollow drive shaft made with possibility of rotation inside the sealed casing, having upper and lower connecting pipe threaded ends, located outside the sealed casing, sealed in places of their exit from the sealed casing, a driven shaft located parallel to the hollow drive shaft, with the possibility of rotation inside a sealed casing, having a lower connecting and an upper thrust ends located inside the sealed casing, a controlled shaft located inside the sealed casing with the possibility of elastic longitudinal bending, connected by its upper connecting end to the connected end of the driven shaft and having a lower connecting end coming out of the sealed casing, wherein at the outlet from the sealed casing it is sealed, thrust, radial and self-aligning rolling and/or sliding bearings located inside the sealed casing on the connecting and thrust ends of the driven shaft, on the upper and lower connecting ends of the controlled shaft and on both tubular ends of the hollow drive shaft, gear transmission of the hollow drive and driven shafts arranged in parallel inside the sealed casing, which are in gearing with each other with the possibility of rotation of both shafts in opposite directions from each other, main uncontrolled bit connected to the output connecting pipe end of the hollow drive shaft, auxiliary controlled bit, with a diameter less than the diameter of the main uncontrolled bit and located above the main bit along the axis of the well, connected to the front connecting end of the controlled shaft with the possibility of changing the skew of the axial line relative to the axial line of the driven shaft, main uncontrolled bit deviation unit, located in the front part of the sealed casing and including a mechanism deflecting the axis of the main uncontrolled bit from the well axis, containing three retractable stops in contact with the well wall, wherein one, lower zenith stop, with the possibility of transmitting radial force to the well wall and two, lateral azimuthal ones, with the possibility of transmitting radial force to the well wall, unit for orientation of the end of the auxiliary controlled bit is made with the possibility of changing the drilling direction vector by the action of lateral force on the controlled shaft and its longitudinal bending for the axis of the auxiliary controlled bit relative to the axis of the driven shaft.
EFFECT: improving accuracy and reliability of geosteering capabilities when drilling directional and horizontal wells, as well as automation of the process of control and monitoring of the well trajectory.
