SUBSTANCE: waterproofing composition for repair, protection and restoration of concrete structures contains, wt %: Portland cement grade 500DON 45–60; aluminous cement 10–20; sand of quartz brand PB-150 25–35; chemically active part 1.5–2.4; polymer additive in form of re-dispersible powder Vinnapas 7055 E 1.5–2.5; powdered antifoaming additive Yinapor 9010 F 0.2–0.6; superplasticizer MELMENT F 10 0.2–1.0; cellulose binder Technocel 1004-7N 0.5–2.5. Chemically active part contains, wt %: sodium nitrate 4–25; potassium nitrate 8–30; calcined soda 1–15; sodium sulphate 2–20; sodium bicarbonate 5–30; chemically precipitated chalk 1–15; calcium hydroxide 5–20.

EFFECT: technical result is improved waterproofing properties of composition by increasing penetrating ability of coating, high colmation ability of composition (growth of crystals of new insoluble mineral compounds), which is manifested not only in the surface layer and in the concrete thickness, high adhesion to the repaired concrete structures, restoration of strength of concrete structures, increase in frost resistance of material, increase of corrosion resistance to liquid and gaseous aggressive media.
