FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a building element for creating a tunnel, as well as a method of producing a building element for creating tunnels, particularly underground tunnels. Construction element for tunnel creation comprises first incompressible layer of concrete and second compressing layer attached to first layer to form single-piece prefabricated building element to be built in tunnel section. At the same time the second layer contains multiple devices, each of which has a solid body enclosing empty space, at the same time the solid body of devices is equipped with coating from adhesive film for reliable fastening of devices with the first layer. Proposed method comprises the following stages: obtaining first incompressible concrete layer and obtaining second contracting layer reliably attached to first layer. At that, the second layer is obtained from multiple devices, each of which has a solid housing enclosing an empty space. At that, during production of the second layer the method includes the following stages: creation of coating of solid housing of devices with adhesive film and laying of devices equipped with coating on the first layer.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of adhesion of devices to the first layer and improved damping of soil subsidence, acting on the tunnel.
