SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a distributed power supply system. Disclosed is device (215) for control of electrical system (200), comprising: main switch (220) with possibility of connection to common use power source (205), switch (240) of local power supply source with possibility of connection with local generating source (245) of supply, multiple switches (230) of branches, each of which is made for connection with one or more loads (235), and control component (250). Control component is configured to detect power failure from public power source: to provide opening of main switch; determine which one or more of said plurality of tap breakers must receive standby power from local power supply source; ensure adjustment of branch switches in such a way that only certain one or more of said plurality of branch circuit breakers are in closed state, and ensure inclusion of local generating power source.

EFFECT: providing safe putting into operation of local generating power source, matching load with power of local generating power source, and providing safe recovery of mains during power supply restoration.
