FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless circuit breakers. It is achieved by the fact that wireless switch includes a transceiver and power supply, which inductively takes energy from the linear wire without the need to connect to the neutral wire. Wireless circuit breaker can be implemented in the same package as existing switches, which eliminates the need to replace the shield when upgraded into the system, in which the main energy monitoring module is used. Wireless circuit breaker may also include power accumulation device to supply power to circuit breaker after its disconnection, which allows switch to transmit information after disconnection. Main power monitoring module includes a processor and a gateway for evaluating and transmitting information received from the switch to other applications, e.g. web pages and smartphones.
EFFECT: technical result is providing protection in electrical systems, minimizing labor costs required to install wireless switches in comparison with existing switches.
