SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump engineering and relates to diaphragm pump with hydraulic drive equipped with overfill prevention device. Diaphragm pump comprises housing with pumping chamber for pumped working fluid. Pump is characterized by the presence of a transfer chamber configured to receive a hydraulic fluid and a reservoir for a hydraulic fluid communicated via fluid with said transfer chamber. Pumping chamber forms a cylinder with a piston performing sliding reciprocating motions in the cylinder. Piston defines inner piston chamber. In the piston inner chamber there is a valve, the valve spool of which enters the chamber. Valve spool is installed with the possibility of sliding in the internal chamber of the piston for valve closing in the first position and valve opening in the second position. Diaphragm is connected with valve spool by means of plunger. Overflow limiter comprises a gasket installed so that it can slide in the internal chamber of the piston. First spring is located in the internal chamber of the piston between the valve spool and the gasket. Second spring is also located in inner chamber of piston between end of inner chamber of piston and gasket. Second spring is characterized by the second constant of elasticity, which exceeds the elasticity constant of the first spring.
