SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmacy, particularly to a pharmaceutical composition of zolpidem. Composition contains zolpidem tartrate and polacrilin potassium physically mixed in dry form in a weight ratio of 1:8. Also disclosed is a method of producing a zolpidem composition which involves mixing zolpidem tartrate and polacrilin potassium in a weight ratio of 1:8 to form a dry mixture with a masked taste, mixing the pharmaburst B2 additive, lactose monohydrate, anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide, a sweetener and a flavoring agent to form an aromatic mixture, mixing the dry mixture with the masked taste and the aromatic mixture to form an intermediate mixture, mixing the intermediate mixture with magnesium stearate to form ready-to-mold granules of the zolpidem composition and pressing the ready to mold granules of the zolpidem composition to obtain a sublingual tablet dispersible in the oral cavity.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a zolpidem pharmaceutical composition with the best taste masking effect and a pleasant sensation in the mouth.
