SUBSTANCE: method for production of chewing gum granules provides for supply of chewing composition to extruder, pressure application, extrusion and cutting of chewing composition in liquid-filled chamber. Chewing composition contains at least chewing base, possibly with other components such as sweetener, dye, anti-caking agents, fillers, moisturisers, pharmaceutical agents and ferments. Before extrusion at least one flavouring matter containing instable aromatic components is added to the chewing composition in the extruder. Temperature and pressure of thus aromatised composition is regulated by the following. Aromatised chewing composition has temperature not lower than 70°C, while being under pressure from 1 up to less than 5 hPa. If aromatised chewing composition is under pressure at least 5 hPa, the temperature of aromatised chewing composition makes from 70°C to 135°C. The second object of invention is chewing composition extrusion and granulating system containing extruder with at least one inlet and one outlet and granulating device intercommunicating with extruder's outlet and supplied with die for extrusion of chewing composition. At least one inlet of extruder intercommunicates with chewing composition supply device and device for aromatising agent supply into chewing composition directly before extrusion. The system is able to regulate temperature and/or pressure of aromatised chewing composition by above mentioned method. The third and the forth objects of invention are usage of method of obtaining chewing gum granules during chewing gum manufacturing - preferably compressed chewing tabs and the product - chewing gum manufactured by chewing gum granules manufacturing method.
