FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: solid pharmaceutical composition contains rasagiline or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of rasagiline and particles of afibrillar microstructure of at least two sugar alcohols. The solid pharmaceutical composition containing rasagiline or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt can contain mixed aerating agent improving fluidity, and the particles of afibrillar microstructure of at least two sugar alcohols, additional sugar alcohol, additional fluidity improving agent and additional aerating agent. This invention presents the method of treating an individual suffering from Parkinson's disease.
EFFECT: rasagiline tablets under the invention are characterised by low fragility, sufficient hardness and quickly degrade in mouth cavity, eg for 50-90 seconds.
