SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling of directional wells. Double electric drill pipe consists of standard drill pipe with welded double-bearing drilling locks, plug-in inner tube with conical seats for sealing of annular space, in the niche of which there are three conductors of power cable, connected respectively to three spring-clamping elements and three contact strips, mounted in external thrusts of the drilling lock, sealing of which is created by means of the "metal with metal" seal.
EFFECT: high reliability of transmitting high voltage to a downhole motor and exchanging various types of information and measurement data between the bottomhole and the mouth at high speed using a single electrical communication channel.
