FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to production of molded products in food industry. Press granulator includes cylindrical housing with loading funnel, screw arranged in housing and connected to housing pressing unit, which contains draw plate with forming channels, inlet and outlet surfaces. In the press-granulator the shaping channels are made in the spinneret body in form of 3 packs of holes of various diameters and length, which form a stepped profile in its longitudinal section at the end face surface of the draw plate. Packet sets of holes are arranged in vertical plane in sequence from upper package with set of holes of larger diameter to lower package with set of holes of minimum diameter. Cutting device made in the form of directed trays with upper cutting edge is installed on the side of the outlet surface of the draw plate. Trays are installed so that they copy one of their lateral sides stepped circuit of output end surface of draw plate with possibility of interaction with it in vertical plane, performing vertical reciprocal movement relative to draw plate by means of drive mechanism.

EFFECT: invention usage will allow to reduce power consumption with simultaneous expansion of press technological capabilities.
