Pressing unit has shell connected with housing and having conical inlet part and cylindrical outlet part. Spinneret is connected with screw and mounted for rotation about its axis of rotation. Spinneret has holes made in the form of longitudinal slits extending along its perimeter. Cylindrical outlet part of housing has detachable sleeve arranged at its inner side and provided with grooves extending through 1/3 of its length.
