SUBSTANCE: invention relates to speech and audio coding. Audio decoder device for decoding a bitstream (BS) comprises: prediction decoder (2) to obtain a decoded audio frame (AF) from a bit stream (BS), which comprises a parametric decoder for obtaining one or more audio parameters (AP) and a synthesizing filter device for obtaining a decoded audio frame (AF) by synthesising one or more audio parameters (AP); a storage device comprising one or more memory units, each of which is configured to store a memory state for the decoded audio frame (AF); a memory oversampling device with possibility of determining a memory state for synthesis of one or more audio parameters (AP) by resampling of a previous memory state for synthesis of one or more audio parameters for a previous decoded audio frame, which has a previous sampling frequency different from the sampling rate of the decoded audio frame (AF).

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of the concept of switching sampling frequencies on devices for processing audio signals.
