FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, namely, to devices for pulse press-fitting of tubes into tube plates of heat exchangers. In the cartridge with the housing from the dielectric easily deformable material there is a transmitting medium and a spiral exploding element, a metal shank end-bellows, an electrode and current-conducting elements connected to the body. At that, shank-bellows is equipped with glass installed on the side of electrode with insulator of its base. At the other end of the shank-bellows there installed is a support flange contacting with the butt end of the shank-bellows and with the butt end of the pressed pipe, and a sealer made in the form of a ring from the material having no chemical affinity to the material of the support flange at the end of the shank-bellows. Spiral exploding element is installed in contact with the electrode through the current conductor.

EFFECT: increased reliability of device due to possibility of reusable liner-bellows and availability of sealer, which prevents breakdown along gap between cartridge body and pressed pipe.
