SUBSTANCE: installation comprises one or more square or rectangular cages (1) and floating structure (2) having at least two parallel floats (5), which comprise adjustable ballasts and are located in the lower part of side surfaces (7) of structure (2). Installation comprises main a anchoring device having anchoring line (3) connected on one side (6) to structure (2) and to the other side to be anchored on single anchor point (4) in the installation environment. Upper part of the installation forms a working bridge, which provides access to the cages.

EFFECT: invention provides structural stability and safety of operation.
