FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for high-precision measurement of excess pressure of high-temperature media in a wide range of its variation. Pressure sensor is made in the form of set of the first coaxial resonator, containing cylindrical housing, coaxial to it rod, to which on one of its ends is connected a flat disc installed perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the rod and forming the first capacitor with another similar parallel flat disc, connected by another rod with a parallel deformable cover on one end of the cylindrical housing, perceiving the measured pressure, to the other end of the rod is connected a bottom on the other end of the cylindrical housing, and two coupling loops and a second coaxial resonator with similar elements of the first coaxial resonator (housing, a coaxial rod with the rod, two flat discs and two communication loops), wherein the housing of both resonators are made integral, and the bottom of the first resonator is a cover of the second resonator, while the second resonator rod is U-shaped and comprises a second flat disc connected to its second end identical to the first flat disc, both said discs are arranged perpendicular to the rod lengthwise axis and each of them forms a capacitor with said second deformable cover parallel to said rod.
EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities of the pressure sensor, increasing its sensitivity.
