FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for measurement of high pressures of gaseous and liquid media in pipelines. Essence of the disclosed solution lies in the fact that a device for measuring high pressures of gaseous media has a sensitive element in the form of a resonator, a source of microwave energy, elements for supply and removal thereof, a detector, an amplitude-frequency characteristics meter, resonator is made in the form of a piece of pipe from ferromagnetic material, equipped on walls with partitions, elements for supply and removal of SHV-energy are spaced from each other along the pipe and fixed on its outer surface, wherein output of microwave energy source is connected to element of supply of microwave energy, element of detachment through detector is connected to input of meter of amplitude-frequency characteristics. Device can be used on high-pressure main lines of the second category – up to 2.5 MPa and on distributed highpressure gas pipelines of the first category from 0.6 MPa to 1.2 MPa.
EFFECT: wider range of measuring pressure.
