FIELD: heating equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, namely to systems for controlling thermal conditions of various installations. Proposed device comprises first and second coolant circuits and refrigerating machine circuit. At that, the first circuit includes pump (1) of the first cooling liquid circulation circuit, the output of which is connected through evaporator (2) to consumer (3), the output of which is connected to the inlet of pump (1) through at least one liquid-air heat exchanger (4), made with possibility of cooling by air flow from at least one fan (7), as well as two temperature sensors (9, 10) installed at the input and output of consumer (3). Two locking elements (5, 6), one (5) of which is installed on the cooling liquid supply line to the first circuit pump (1) through at least one liquid-air heat exchanger (4), and other (6) is on line connecting output of consumer (3) with inlet of pump (1) and parallel line of cooling liquid supply through at least one liquid-air heat exchanger (4). Second circuit includes pump (11) of the second circuit, the output of which is connected through capacitor (12) to the input of at least one liquid-air heat exchanger (4), the output of which is connected to pump (11) of the second coolant circulation circuit. Refrigerating machine circuit includes compressor (8), which output is connected through capacitor (12) and chiller (17) of refrigerating machine with evaporator (2), outlet of which, in its turn, is connected to inlet of compressor (8), bypass main line with valve (14), connecting outlet of compressor (8) with evaporator (2) bypassing capacitor (12). Valve (14) is configured to control the amount of coolant passing through the refrigerating machine bypass line, and two temperature sensors (15, 16), one (15) of which is located at the inlet of evaporator (2), and the other – at the output of condenser (12). Also disclosed is a method of operating temperature maintenance device.

EFFECT: improved maintenance of the operating temperature of the heat consumer within the specified limits, due to provision of preliminary heating of the consumer and its output to the operating mode at negative temperatures.
