FIELD: underground nuclear energy systems.
SUBSTANCE: double-circuit deep nuclear power system comprises a nuclear reactor and two closed circuits, as well as equipment for ground facilities. The system is equipped with an underground chilled water tank, an underground heat-insulated water tank, a chilled water supply line from the underground chilled water tank to the steam circuit condenser, containing a pump and a control valve. In addition, the system comprises a bypass line connecting the chilled water supply line with an underground chilled water tank equipped with a control valve and a heat exchanger-cooler, through which the cooling system passes with the internal cooling medium of the underground structure, and a heat-insulated water supply line from a heat-insulated water underground tank into the cooling tower. Moreover, an organic Rankine cycle unit with an organic working fluid is used as the steam circuit of a double-circuit nuclear energy system, and the underground tank with cooled water is many times larger in volume than the volume of the heat-insulated water underground tank.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the energy system.
