SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Device for the surgical correction of pelvic organ prolapse in women in the form of a mesh in the first embodiment is made of synthetic absorbable and nonabsorbable materials. Mesh and fixation elements located in its upper and lower parts are made of absorbable material. Part of the mesh, superimposed on the area of the central defect, or lateral, or asymmetric, is made of non-absorbable material. Device for the surgical correction of pelvic organs prolapse in women in the form of a mesh in the second embodiment is made of synthetic absorbable and nonabsorbable materials. Mesh and fixation elements located in its upper and lower parts are made of absorbable material, while the upper third of the mesh is made of non-absorbable material.
EFFECT: inventions provide correction of the main defects of the pelvic floor – central, lateral, asymmetric, cystourethrocele and insulated urethrocele, as well as enterocele, minimization of the functional complications of surgical overcorrection of the pelvic floor.
