FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to gynaecology and urology, namely to a ligature delivery system for axial fixation of pelvic floor structures with pelvic prolapse and stress urinary incontinence. Ligature delivery system for axial fixation of pelvic floor structures with pelvic prolapse and stress urinary incontinence includes a mesh material of non-biodegradable and biodegradable monofilament yarns. Non-biodegradable sutures are located in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the implant and are not connected to each other.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides longitudinal axial support, physiologic for the apical pelvic floor, and minimized risk of prosthetic-associated postoperative complications.
