SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a packaged mouthwash composition containing an aqueous phase and an oily phase; and is intended to provide cosmetic acceptability of such composition. Disclosed packaged mouthwash composition is contained in a container, wherein the aqueous phase is presented as a first volumetric layer, and the oil phase is presented as a second volumetric layer. Said first and second volumetric layers are brought into contact with each other on the interface, wherein one of said layers is located over the other of said layers in container. Said composition contains silicone oil which is a liquid linear polysiloxane in amount of 0.00015 to 0.00035 wt% of the total weight of the mouthwash and additionally contains a surfactant – a polyoxyethylene sorbitol ester. Disclosed also is the use of silicone oil, which is a liquid linear polysiloxane, and a surfactant – polyoxyethylene sorbitol ester in the oral care composition to provide a transparent form in the aqueous phase and the oil phase after settling the composition in the container after shaking, as well as to reduce formation of foam during shaking the oral care product compared to formation of foam in the oral care product, which does not contain silicone oil. Composition (agent) for mouthwash is contained in container, aqueous phase of composition is presented as first volumetric layer, and oil phase – as second volumetric layer, at that first and second volumetric layers are brought into contact with each other at interface, and one of said layers is located above other layers in container. Silicone oil is contained in amount of 0.00015 to 0.00035 wt% of total weight of mouthwash.

EFFECT: use of the group of inventions provides cosmetic stability of the mouthwash composition, particularly the transparent appearance of the oil phase, which is maintained even after the consumer has started using the specific container with the mouth rinsing agent.
