FIELD: soil or rock drilling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment, namely, a rock cutter type rock cutting tool. One-cutter rock drilling bit comprises housing with inclined trunnion, on which roller and arming device is fixed on outer surface by means of bearing and locking pin. Roller housing is made along radius, lock pin is located in cutter housing radial hole and is made in form of composite rod, outer end of which is reinforced with wear-resistant inserts, and between the ends of the composite rod facing each other there is a spring element, one end of which is rigidly connected to the end of the inner rod, and the other end – to the end of the external rod. Outer end of locking pin is made in form of part of sphere with radius equal to radius of roller cutter housing, said part of sphere end of locking pin is reinforced with wear-resistant inserts. Side surface of external rod is made with grooves mating projections made on side surface of walls of radial opening of cutter housing for lock pin.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of drilling bit by improving reliability of cutter attachment.
