SUBSTANCE: evaporation chamber can be integrated with one or more components of the computing device in order to control thermal conditions. Evaporation chamber can include an upper and a lower portion forming an evaporation chamber, and annular space between upper and lower portion, which includes fluid medium. Evaporation chamber can be configured to absorb heat from heat source of computing device.
EFFECT: uniform heat exchange can enable external surfaces of the computing device to achieve, in fact, isothermal states of external surfaces, which can maximize power dissipation of the computing device for said ambient temperature, ensuring that the temperature of the computing device remains at a safe level or lower during use.
