FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchangers, in particular to heat exchangers equipped with tubular membranes, which provide heat exchange between two fluids. According to one aspect of the present invention, a heat exchanger module with tubular membranes is proposed, which includes an inlet manifold and an outlet manifold. Inlet manifold is made with possibility of connection with the adjacent module of the heat exchanger with tubular membranes and thus forming the above-located wetted compartment. Outlet manifold is made with possibility of connection with adjacent downstream module of heat exchanger with tubular membranes and thus formation of downstream wetted compartment. Heat exchanger module with tubular membranes additionally includes tubular membranes connecting the inlet manifold and the outlet manifold. Tubular membranes allow the process fluid to flow from the above wetted compartment to the lower wetted compartment.
EFFECT: tubular membranes provide possibility of mass exchange between process fluid medium in tubular membranes and outer surfaces of tubular membranes in contact with fluid medium.
