FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment and to creation of test bench for testing of steel pipes of main oil pipelines to static and low-cycle strength. Test bench comprises base in the form of power plate with T-shaped longitudinal grooves, support assemblies for pipe with lower support yokes for pipe support, loading nodes of tested pipe by bending (portals) with loading hydraulic cylinders, with loading crossbeam with upper loading clamps for pipes installed with possibility of movement in T-shaped slots along pipe, wherein hydraulic cylinders are articulated with loading beam, and lugs of hydraulic cylinders are equipped with spherical hinges, control system of bending test bend loading units, stand hydraulic system, measurement and computer complex. Units of loading the test pipe by bending are made in the form of two portals of frame structure, located on four wheel units equipped with drives, directly on portal two loading hydraulic cylinders are installed. Support structure of portal hydraulic cylinders has two hinges ensuring freedom of rotation of hydraulic cylinder of loading in two planes. On top of loading hydraulic cylinders equipped with spherical hinges, upper loading clamp for pipes is suspended for transfer of force from loading hydraulic cylinders to tested pipe. To limit the angle of rotation of upper loading clamp and installation of its vertical position there is a drive fixing upper loading clamp relative to lugs of loading hydraulic cylinder. Portals are equipped with portal lifting and locking mechanism at test positions or in other position. Lower support yokes for pipe support are hinged to support assemblies. Portals and support assemblies for lower support yokes are installed with possibility of movement along rails installed on power plates with T-shaped slots.

EFFECT: higher functional capabilities and longer life of stand, and reduced time for stand preparation for operation.
