Check valve comprises case, seat and shutoff element. Novelty is that, between shutoff element and housing, directly or through additional parts engagement is made to convert translation movement of shutoff element into translational-rotary, and, also, on locking element is made hole or slot.

EFFECT: purpose of the invention is increase of throughput capacity, reduction of hydraulic resistance of a flow of working medium, accordingly, reduction of losses of energy on the valve, elimination of destruction of a work surface contacting with a saddle on the shutoff element, streamlined by a flow of working medium.
