FIELD: crushing or grinding of various materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding devices with overload protection devices and can be used in rotary or cone crushers. Proposed crusher comprises shaft to make first direction parallel to its length and comprises shaft top end, crusher head and overload protection device to attach crusher head to shaft top end. Device for protection against overload comprises a biasing device configured to shift the grinder head from the upper end of the shaft in a first direction, wherein the overload protection device is configured to provide the crusher head displacement along the first direction relative to the shaft in response to the force acting on the crusher head in the first direction.
EFFECT: overload protection system reduces impact peaks caused by rock fall and crushing operation on the support frame.
