FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device used during operation of underwater wells and can be used for sealing of two pipes simultaneously under conditions of high axial pressure during descent into underwater well. In particular, disclosed is a combined seal, comprising a sealing assembly, a circular bushing, an anchor, a shank. Sealing assembly 1 consists of annular support 5 with groove 6, resilient seals (8, 9, 10) and metal seals (11, 12) arranged in composite housing 2. Composite body is made of two parts (3, 4) equipped with axis 7. Axis through the support groove has the possibility of limiting movement of the support in the housing. Seals (8, 9, 10) are made of rubber and contain rubber seal in form of trapezium 8 in longitudinal section with concave large base, with rounded vertices, and mirror-like rubber seal 9. Between seals 8 and 9 there is a rubber seal in form of polygon 10 in longitudinal section with rounded tops, which is separated from seals 8, 9 by metal plates (11, 12) respectively. Plates (11, 12) repeat shape of seals (8, 9, 10) and are used as separators in transport position and as seals (11, 12) in working position of compactor. Assembly 1 comprises shear pin 13 with possibility for support 1 to interact with part 2 of housing 3. Part 4 of housing 2 is connected by shear pin 15 with sleeve 14 with slots on end, in which there are wedge dies 18 of anchor 17. Sleeve 14 is located on anchor 17 and spring-loaded with spring 19. At anchor 17 there is part 3 of housing 2, connected to it through locking ring 20. On anchor 17 there are blocks 22 for fixation of seal in groove 26 on conductor and cogs 21 for fixation of seal in groove 25 on technical string. Shank 23 is made with a retaining ring, is connected to the sealant-mounting tool and has the possibility of fixing the seal on the conductor and on the technical string simultaneously.
EFFECT: technical solution allows creating a new casing pipe seal device for underwater wells, improving reliability of casing sealing during its operation and providing independent use of combined sealant under conditions of high axial pressure.
