SUBSTANCE: borehole combined sealant relates to a sealing downhole device used for sealing of annular gaps between a conductor and a technical pipe string installed in it when working on a shelf. Enhanced sealer comprises housing 3, pusher 7, three-stage seal 11, 12, 15, 16, including first stage – membranes 11, 12 of metal of hard alloys, second stage – double-row chevron seals 15 of polymer materials, third stage – thrust-bearing sealing ring 16 from metal of soft alloys. Membranes 11, 12 are arranged on pusher 7 to interact with conductor 2 and process pipe 1. Seals 15 are fixed on pusher 7, provide its interaction with conductor 2 and pipe 1. Ring 16 is installed in lower groove 13 of pusher 7, fixed by axis 17 and has the possibility of performing three functions. Thrust function provides the thrust of the sealant when body 3 moves relative to pusher 7 with membranes 11, 12. Support function provides support of pusher 7 with seals 15. Sealing function ensures sealing of conductor 2 and pipe 1. Ring 16 on inner edge has chamfer 18 with non-self-braking angle 19 of not less than 23 degrees, and in end part of ring 16 there is groove 21 with conical wall 23 with self-braking angle 24 not more than 5 degrees, providing the possibility of sealing conductor 2 and pipe 1.

EFFECT: technical solution makes it possible to improve sealing of conductor and technical pipe, to provide for enhanced operation of seals of combined sealant and to simplify process operations.
