FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of diagnostics on railway transport for determination of rail track and vehicle state parameters. In the method, at least at one of the recording steps using the first signal sensor (106.1, 106.2, 106.3) from the structure located inside rail vehicle (101), obtaining at least one current first registration signal which correlates with the current value of the state parameter, wherein to obtain the current first recording signal, signal sensor (106.1, 106.2, 106.3) mobile terminal (106). To establish the value of at least one state parameter, the frequency range of the current first recording signal is analyzed above 1–2 Hz, preferably from 4 Hz to 15 kHz, most preferably from 10 Hz to 1 kHz.

EFFECT: higher reliability and simplicity of obtaining current values of parameters of rail track and vehicle.
