FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for setting, adjusting and forming the dynamic state of a vibrating technological machine contains a support surface, a compressor, a vibrator, and an elastic element. Lever elements are located on both sides of the desktop. The elastic-damping blocks are located in the case. The controlled chokes are controlled by two control units. The method reveals the creation and regulation of the device desktop with the vibration. The vibrations of the desktop are regulated by changing the pressure in the pneumatic cylinders and the rigid elastic-damping blocks connected to them. Information is obtained by means of vibration sensors.
EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of adjusting the dynamic state of the vibrating technological machine by adjusting the parameters of the elastic lever structure.
