FIELD: environmental protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection and can be used for liquidation of oil accumulations during production, transportation and storage of hydrocarbon raw material and products of its processing. Method of producing the composition for liquidation of oil spilles involves contact of a solid porous powdery carrier with particle size of up to 100 mcm with an aqueous solution of the hydrophobizator with stirring for 1–48 hours. Separation of formed precipitate. Sediment heating in inert gas atmosphere to temperature of 300–1,000 °C. Holding at this temperature for 1–12 hours. Cooling the residue to obtain a hydrophobisated carrier. Latter is mixed with a liquid emulsifying agent. Formed mixture is treated with ultrasound at frequency of 20–100 kHz for 1–500 minutes. Separating said liquid emulsifier from said mixture to obtain an impregnated hydrophobisated carrier, followed by mixing with a mixture of a gas-forming agent and an acid agent ground to particle size of less than 100 mcm.

EFFECT: invention provides reduced inter-phase tension between water and oil products due to release of low-molecular amphiphilic substances upon contact of finely dispersed particles of composition with water, increased adsorption of porous carrier particles and liquid emulsifier in composition at water-oil or oil product interface, intensive gas release at contact of composition with water.
