FIELD: locks.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to locking devices for doors of high security rooms, safes, cabinets of weapons, car doors, etc. and a code device comprising a housing with a code block, a cover, a set of code pins, a set of non-lead pins, key card with holes, card key slot, code card and pressure plank with L-shaped cross-section, at that, on the horizontal flange of the L-shaped section of the hold-down plate there are holes, and on the vertical flange of the L-shaped cross-section the clamping plank is arranged with the possibility of contact with the pawl interacting with the control bushing of the handle axis, at that, the code device is equipped with the key card receiving strip, a code card positioning board, an upper plank with guide holes, an end plank with holes, a control plank, a support plank, control rods and guide rods, holes of the key card are complementary to the openings of the code card, in the holes of the horizontal flange of the L-shaped section of the hold-down plate there are control rods and guide rods which pass through the holes in the code block and are loaded with springs, wherein control rod ends are rigidly fixed by means of threaded connection: one – with pressure plank, and other – with control plate, rods guides are rigidly connected to support plank, code rods and non-individual rods are loaded with springs and arranged between control plank and support and their end parts are located in holes of upper plank and card key receiving plate, at that in code block there are control planks, one of which is installed on upper flat side of upper plate, and second is between plates of code card and end plate, wherein in control plates there are holes on total number of code and non-individual pins, which coincide with holes of card key receiving plate, upper plank, end plank, control plank and support plank are installed with the possibility of being shifted to the side due to through slots made in the control planks, the protruding ends of the control planks are rigidly connected to the connecting plank, which is equipped with the axis connecting the plank to the rocker installed with possibility of rotation around axis, upper arm of balance arm through axis is movably connected with control lever, rotating around axis and movably connected by means of axis with retainer lever, which is rotated about axis and spring-loaded relative to body by spring, elongated part of retainer lever, loaded with spring, is in contact with actuator or sensor, wherein the control lever is in contact with the control start-up strap loaded with the spring and passing through the hole in the upper plank and the hole in the card-key receiving plank, wherein the spring interacting with the control activation strap, is rigider than the spring interacting with the retainer lever, on the outer surface of the end face plate by means of screws the key locking spring is fixed, code block cover is fixed by means of screws, key card reception board is attached to code unit by means of screws, card code location plank and end plate are interconnected by screws, and by means of screws card receiving key board, code card location plank and end plank are fixed to each other.
EFFECT: disclosed is a high security lock code device.
