Folding seat assembly comprises a seat backrest, a seat base and an inner storage compartment. Seat base comprises first and second sections, which are independently rotatable movable between elevated position and initial position. Inner compartment for storage is formed between two sections of seat base. Said sections are arranged above bottom in raised position and initial position.
